On top of a hill with a 360 degree view over the bay of Mavrovouni, the beautiful hills of the Mani and the high mountains of the Tayetos is a beautiful authentic Greek house: an ultimate feeling of freedom.
And yet only 5 minutes away from the beautiful lively fishing village of Gythion. And close to all large and small beaches.
SPACE
Our house is suitable for two people and two children. There is a romantic bedroom with a double bed and a small children's room with a single bed and a cot. There is an indoor shower and a delightful round natural stone outdoor shower. There is an indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen, where you see the sea on the right and Ilias, the highest mountain of the Tayetos, on the left.
There is a large terrace with shade at all times of the day. The house is completely private and surrounded by a 3.5-hectare site where you can walk and pick some fruits.
AREA
The southernmost finger of the Peloponnese is wild and spectacular. Mountains, forests, rivers, caves, classical sights, markets, tavernas, fishing ports and an endless variety of beaches.
PRICE
Winteroffer €795 per month (minimum stay a month)
November till May: € 695 per week
May till November: € 795 per week
The final cleaning is done for you and amounts to € 60.
